As Mitsui Company withdrew from the complex construction project in 1986, the National Petrochemical Company (NPC) purchased all the shares, and its name changed to Bandar Imam Petrochemical Company.<\/p>\n<p>The company produced Ethylene, Propylene, Butadiene, Benzene, Toluene, and Xylene as the main products of the petrochemical industry.
